This course delves into the study of the detailed rulings contained in the Surah, such as the rulings of the Iddah, and how to calculate it for the woman who menstruates, the one who does not, and the pregnant woman. The explanation then deals with the rulings of maintenance (Nafaqah) and housing for the divorced woman during the Iddah period, her financial rights, and the rulings of breastfeeding and child custody after the separation.

“The Messenger of Allah said: ‘Allah has His own people among mankind.’ They said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, who are they?’ He said: ‘The people of the Qur’an, the people of Allah and those who are closest to Him.”
