The Fiqh Program is a comprehensive and organized educational path, designed to teach the science of Fiqh in a systematic way, covering its main chapters from ‘Ibadat to Mu’amalat. Course Overview
This program begins with an introduction to the science of Fiqh and its different schools, then the student moves on to study the Fiqhi chapters sequentially. The Fiqh Program covers the chapters of ‘Ibadat (Taharah, Salah, Zakat, Sawm, Hajj), then the chapters of financial transactions (sales, leasing, partnership), then family Fiqh (marriage, divorce), and finally the chapters of criminal law and prescribed punishments (Jinayat and Hudud).
The Fiqh Program relies on studying a recognized Fiqhi text (Matn) in one of the Madhahib, with the teacher explaining the terminologies and clarifying the evidence. The goal of the Fiqh Program is for the student to have a complete perception of the chapters of Islamic Fiqh.
