The curriculum of the Contemporary Issues from Islamic Prospective Course is distinguished by its reliance on presenting the contemporary issue, then analyzing it, then referring to the Fiqhi and Usuli rules and the objectives of the Shari’ah (Maqasid) to derive the appropriate ruling for it.
