Ikhfa Shafawi
It is the concealment of the silent meem while the Ghunnah remains if it occurs before one letter, namely (b), a vowel ba. It is called oral concealment, and it only consists of two words.

(وَلَقَدْ أَنذَرَهُم بَطْشَتَنَا فَتَمَارَوْا بِالنُّذُرِ).
(وَمَا لَهُم بِهِ مِنْ عِلْمٍ ۖ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ ۖ وَإِنَّ الظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ شَيْئًا).
