There is no specific Dua in the Quran, Sunnah, or the books of approved Dua and remembrances, nor in the sayings of famous scholars, that is said before reading or memorizing the Quran. Rather, one can seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed, because Allah, the SWT, said:
“فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ الْقُرْآنَ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ”
So when you recite the Quran, seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy].

Reading Quran before Maghrib
